Alison Stine is a writer, teacher, and performer and the author of the books Wait (University of Wisconsin Press, 2011), Ohio Violence (University of North Texas Press, 2009), and (The Kent State University Press, 2001). She is a former Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University and her writing has been published in The Paris Review, The Kenyon Review, Poetry, Tin House, The Huffington Post, and The Nation, among others.
